V Soft Lift PDO Threads are a minimally invasive treatment that stimulates neocollagenesis through the body’s natural healing process, which increases collagen production, gives an immediate lift, and continues to improve over time.

The lifting threads are a dissolvable suture made of Polydioxanone (PDO), a biodegradable polyester suture, similar to that used in cardiothoracic surgery. A PDO thread lift is a less invasive procedure than facelift surgery, however it does not take the place of a facelift.

All injection and laser procedures are performed by a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Gia Swope, F.N.P., and Registered Nurse, Heather Jones, R.N. Your safety and results can only be as good as the experience of the hands that deliver the procedures. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations and rescheduling, please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice by calling or texting our office. We appreciate the notice and it allows us to open up the time slot for anyone on the waiting list. We do understand that life can be unpredictable at times so we value your communication in these instances.

Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 24 hrs notice will result in a fee of half the service cost. If you are being charged with a late cancellation or no-show fee, a separate invoice will be sent to you. If the fee has been waived, we will notify you verbally.

RETURN POLICY

All deposits are non refundable. Products may be exchanged if unused for equal or lesser value. Prepaid services are non refundable unless for medical reasons, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or transferred to another client.
