What are Injectables and Dermal Fillers?

Injectables and dermal fillers are minimally invasive treatment options to reverse the signs of aging and prevent lines and wrinkles from forming. These treatments reduce the appearance of wrinkles, deep folds and aging skin by smoothing the skin and restoring lost volume that result in a natural looking appearance. In addition to addressing aging or anti-aging concerns. What is BOTOX?

Botox® injectables are non-invasive injections that prevent the muscle from contracting, resulting in a smoothing effect of the skin where the product is injected. The relaxed muscle is then unable to contract, preventing lines and wrinkles from forming. The resulting effect is then two-fold, a smoothing of the skin and softening of facial lines and wrinkles, as well as wrinkle prevention. Botox® injections can also treat TMJ, migraines, neck bands, gummy smile and more.

How does BOTOX Work?

BOTOX® Cosmetic targets one of the underlying causes of frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines — the repeated muscle contractions from frowning, squinting, smiling and raising the eyebrows over the years. Your specialist will inject these muscles with BOTOX® Cosmetic to temporarily reduce muscle activity. You will begin to notice your frown lines between your brows, your crow’s feet lines and your forehead lines temporarily look better.

How Long Does it take to Work and How long Does it Last?

Treatment requires minimal downtime. You can return to your daily routine immediately after you leave your specialist’s office. You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours. What is XEOMIN?

What is JUVEDERM?

Juvederm® is a family of hyaluronic acid based fillers, also known as dermal fillers. Dermal fillers are an injectable gel-like substance containing hyaluronic acid that are injected to create a smoother look to the skin and face. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a substance that is naturally produced by your body, and is found mainly in your skin. Dermal fillers like Juvederm® are injected directly into the skin to fill lines and wrinkles but also to replace lost volume in areas like the cheeks, lips and temples. They are also used to contour areas such as mid-face, chin and jawline.

How Long Does JUVÉDERM® Last?

Treatment with these fillers is not permanent. Depending on the product used and the treatment area, results may last one year to two years with optimal treatment.

What is DAXXIFY?
Daxxify® (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) is an injectable neurotoxin that temporarily improves the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. It’s a new type of neuromodulator derived from botulinum toxin. You will see results as early as the next day and typically within 2 days. At least 50% of patients in clinical studies had no or minor frown lines 6 months after treatment.
What is RHA?

Your skin contains hyaluronic acid which provides moisture, volume and structure. The RHA collection of fillers are the first and only FDA-approved HA fillers for dynamic wrinkles and folds. Resiliant Hyaluronic Acid – is made to more closely mimic natural HA and move with the dynamic demands of your face. Dynamic wrinkles and folds appear in areas of the face which move repetitively. RHA is designed to be resiliant enough to adapt to your facial movement to provide a more natural look at rest and in motion.

What is RESTYLANE?

Restylane® is a family of hyaluronic acid based fillers, also known as dermal fillers. Dermal fillers are an injectable gel-like substance containing hyaluronic acid that are injected to create a smoother look to the skin and face. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a substance that is naturally produced by your body, and is found mainly in your skin. What is RADIESSE?
 

RADIESSE® and RADIESSE® (+) are dermal fillers that are used for smoothing moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth). RADIESSE® is also used for correcting volume loss in the back of the hands. RADIESSE® (+) is also used for improving moderate to severe loss of jawline contour in adults over 21 years old.

So, while we cannot guarantee how effective any treatment will be (and you should be wary of any center that does,) we can guarantee that we will help you overcome any obstacles that might occur during our treatments.

All injection and laser procedures are performed by a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Gia Swope, F.N.P., and Registered Nurse, Heather Jones, R.N. Your safety and results can only be as good as the experience of the hands that deliver the procedures. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

For cancellations and rescheduling, please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice by calling or texting our office. We appreciate the notice and it allows us to open up the time slot for anyone on the waiting list. We do understand that life can be unpredictable at times so we value your communication in these instances. 

Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 24 hrs notice will result in a fee of half the service cost. If you are being charged with a late cancellation or no-show fee, a separate invoice will be sent to you. If the fee has been waived, we will notify you verbally.

All deposits are non refundable. Products may be exchanged if unused for equal or lesser value. Prepaid services are non refundable unless for medical reasons, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or transferred to another client.
