$99/$199 Monthly Deposit: $99/$199 deposit to be credited directly to your Reserve account each month. This is 100% your money and allows you to budget and save to use how you want and when you want for any of our services including facials, injectables, wellness visits, and more!

10% Off Retail Purchases: As a Reserve member, receive a 10% discount on all retail products including skincare and nutritional supplements, to help maintain your results and wellness journey at home.

$2 off Each Unit of Tox: As a Reserve Member, you will enjoy a savings of $2 off each unit of tox you receive at each treatment.

10% Off Wellness Medications: Reserve members will receive a 10% discount on all wellness medications including weight management medications, supplements, and peptides.

10% off Aesthetic Services: 10% off fillers, peels, Rejuvapen, and all spa services including facials. *Please note that this discount does not apply to consultation fees.

VIP Access: Members will have access to exclusive Members Only events, product launches, and early access to new treatments and services.

Flexible Use: Your Reserve balance rolls over each month, so you can accumulate credit to put toward bigger treatments, packages, or any service you desire. *Please note that your Eagle River Aesthetics Reserve money cannot be used toward retail product purchases.

How It Works:

  • Enrollment Fee: A $49 enrollment fee is required at time of enrollment.
  • Accumulate Your Funds: Your monthly deposit is added to your Eagle River Aesthetics account each month.
  • Book Services: Use your balance toward any of our services, whenever you need them.
  • Enjoy Your Discount: Save 10% off all eligible services and retail purchases during your membership period.
  • Rollover: If you don’t use your full balance in one month, it automatically rolls over to the next month, giving you more flexibility.

Membership Renewal & Payment Details?
  • Membership is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time after the first 3 months with no additional fees.
  • Eagle River Aesthetics Reserve balances are non-refundable, but can be used for ANY service at Eagle River Aesthetics.
  • Membership $$$ can only be used toward services. This money is exempt from fees, retail products, and gift cards, however, members do receive a 10% discount on retail products.
  • Your Reserve Member discount applies only to in-office purchases or services and can not be used in addition to special promotions or sale items.

Members pay a monthly fee in exchange for exclusive perks, such as:

  • Discounted services (e.g., 10% off injectables, facials, wellness, and lasers)
  • Early or VIP access to new treatments
  • Free LipoMino, B12, Amino Blend or Tri-Immune Booster shot each month
  • Access to Members Only Events or Promotions

Reserve money CAN be used on:

  • All Aesthetic Services
  • Tox, fillers, Rejuvapen Microneedling, Peels,
  • Wellness injections
  • Wellness supplements and medications including weight loss meds, peptides, and supplements

Reserve money CANNOT be used on:

  • Retail products (skin care, supplements), but receive a 10% discount
  • Membership enrollment or cancellation fees
  • Gift cards

The Fine Print

TREATMENT GUARANTEE

 In the field of Medical Aesthetics, it is simply impossible to know ahead of time how an individual’s body will react to a given treatment. After all, part of what makes us all unique and beautiful, are the small differences in how our bodies react to the environment and different stimuli.

So, while we cannot guarantee how effective any treatment will be (and you should be wary of any center that does,) we can guarantee that we will help you overcome any obstacles that might occur during our treatments.

We guarantee that you will feel heard, because we guarantee that we will listen.

​Eagle River Aesthetics believes that our client’s needs and satisfaction with their services are of the utmost importance. Our team is committed to meeting those needs.

All injection and laser procedures are performed by a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Gia Swope, F.N.P., and Registered Nurse, Heather Jones, R.N. Your safety and results can only be as good as the experience of the hands that deliver the procedures. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

For cancellations and rescheduling, please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice by calling or texting our office. We appreciate the notice and it allows us to open up the time slot for anyone on the waiting list. We do understand that life can be unpredictable at times so we value your communication in these instances. 

Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 24 hrs notice will result in a fee of half the service cost. If you are being charged with a late cancellation or no-show fee, a separate invoice will be sent to you. If the fee has been waived, we will notify you verbally.

All deposits are non refundable. Products may be exchanged if unused for equal or lesser value. Prepaid services are non refundable unless for medical reasons, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or transferred to another client.

We always want to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests. We ask that you come to your appointment by yourself aside from special circumstances. This ensures that your appointment will not be interrupted and the practitioner  will be able to provide you with the most amazing experience possible. If there are any concerns regarding one person per appointment, please reach out to our staff and we are happy to find a solution.
