Frequently Asked Questions

Membership Renewal & Payment

 Our memberships auto-renew annually, so unless we hear from you in advance, your membership will continue into the next year automatically.
 We also require two forms of payment on file, just to ensure there’s no disruption in your benefits if one method fails.

  • You may pause auto renewal once throughout a 12 month period, for three months at a time. Both will require an in house written form to be completed. 
  • We need two forms of payment in case one fails, we have a back up. If the cards are declined we will use your back up card on file. If both decline, you will not be allowed to use your membership credits until payment has been updated. 
  • You will get a reminder prior to renewal and you may change your payment method after signing up at any time.

 We understand that life happens, so you can freeze your membership if needed—things like travel, medical reasons, or other major life circumstances.
Here’s how it works:

  • You must be a member for at least 30 days before requesting a freeze.
  • A freeze can last up to 3 months, and you can only freeze once per annual contract.
  • During the freeze, you won’t be able to use any benefits, and any accrued credit will be paused—but must be used within 3 months of being issued.
  • You can choose how long to freeze your account. If you don’t specify, we’ll default to the full 3 months, after which your membership will automatically resume.
  • All freeze requests must be submitted in writing.

To cancel your membership, there are a few conditions:

  • You must be a member for at least 6 months before cancellation is allowed.
  • We require 30 days’ notice in writing.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, so you can’t share or transfer them to someone else.

 Please note that Eagle River Aesthetics reserves the right to change policies or pricing during your membership. We will give you advance notice when that happens.

If prices change during the membership, you will be grandfathered into your price you signed up with. 

If the membership program is discontinued, all members will be reimburse.

TREATMENT GUARANTEE

 In the field of Medical Aesthetics, it is simply impossible to know ahead of time how an individual’s body will react to a given treatment. After all, part of what makes us all unique and beautiful, are the small differences in how our bodies react to the environment and different stimuli.

So, while we cannot guarantee how effective any treatment will be (and you should be wary of any center that does,) we can guarantee that we will help you overcome any obstacles that might occur during our treatments.

We guarantee that you will feel heard, because we guarantee that we will listen.

​Eagle River Aesthetics believes that our client’s needs and satisfaction with their services are of the utmost importance. Our team is committed to meeting those needs.

All injection and laser procedures are performed by a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Gia Swope, F.N.P., and Registered Nurse, Heather Jones, R.N. Your safety and results can only be as good as the experience of the hands that deliver the procedures. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

For cancellations and rescheduling, please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice by calling or texting our office. We appreciate the notice and it allows us to open up the time slot for anyone on the waiting list. We do understand that life can be unpredictable at times so we value your communication in these instances. 

Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 24 hrs notice will result in a fee of half the service cost. If you are being charged with a late cancellation or no-show fee, a separate invoice will be sent to you. If the fee has been waived, we will notify you verbally.

All deposits are non refundable. Products may be exchanged if unused for equal or lesser value. Prepaid services are non refundable unless for medical reasons, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or transferred to another client.

We always want to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests. We ask that you come to your appointment by yourself aside from special circumstances. This ensures that your appointment will not be interrupted and the practitioner  will be able to provide you with the most amazing experience possible. If there are any concerns regarding one person per appointment, please reach out to our staff and we are happy to find a solution.
