Cancellations, Refunds and Appointment Guidelines

For cancellations and rescheduling, please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice by calling or texting our office. We appreciate the notice and it allows us to open up the time slot for anyone on the waiting list. We do understand that life can be unpredictable at times so we value your communication in these instances. 

Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 24 hrs notice will result in a fee of half the service cost. If you are being charged with a late cancellation or no-show fee, a separate invoice will be sent to you. If the fee has been waived, we will notify you verbally.

All deposits are non refundable. Products may be exchanged if unused for equal or lesser value. Prepaid services are non refundable unless for medical reasons, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or transferred to another client.

We always want to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all of our guests. We ask that you come to your appointment by yourself aside from special circumstances. This ensures that your appointment will not be interrupted and the practitioner  will be able to provide you with the most amazing experience possible. If there are any concerns regarding one person per appointment, please reach out to our staff and we are happy to find a solution.
